1.do you agree or disagree that a teacher who is serious and strict is more efficient than a teacher who uses humors and is easygoing?

Teachers whose aim is to impart knowledge to students play important roles in our society. Without teachers, our society would develop much more slowly since everyone has to acquire new things by himself, which will take him a lot of time.  Nowadays, our society shows more and more concern about teachers and their methods and styles. Some people claim that those serious and strict teachers are more efficient since disciplines are much stricter in their classes. However, as far as I’m concerned, I advocate that the teacher who is humorous and easygoing is more efficient.

First and foremost, the class of the teacher who is easygoing and uses humors must be more vivid and students will not feel bored so that they can absorb new things quiet well during the class.
Just as the old saying goes, interesting is the best teacher. Humorous teachers are good at stimulating students’ interests, which can facility student to work hard on their studies. In addition, we students are no machines and it is normal that our brain stop working for a while if we keep working for a long time. However, the good teacher knows the important of humors and always plays a little joke at the right time.

Another reason that why I support those teachers are more efficient is that no one can hate a teacher because of the sense of humor or his easy-going. Students are more eager to communicate with teachers who are more easy-going. To the contrast, students may be afraid to ask the serious teachers questions. Communication between students and teachers is one of the most important parts in teaching which is an interactive process. .

However，I do not deny the serious teachers are not good at teaching and have no merits. They handle the classroom discipline very well. However, to some extent, some students hate school because of the strict teachers and become lazy in doing everything related to school. I want to cite an example of myself. I started to learn piano by my parents since five but I really hate it because the teacher was so strict and serious with me that I did not like her and had no interest in learning piano. Every time when my parents sent me to the class, I felt hopeless and even hated my parents. After 5 years, I can play piano well but I never like it. Besides, students may feel bored and are distracted by other things. But the easy-going and humorous teachers who are often very popular make students love to learn since students feel comfortable during the teachers and enjoy the their interesting classes.

In conclusion, from the reasons all above, the teachers who uses humors and is easygoing are more efficient. Because they motivate students to learn and make them enjoy the process of learning, which is the final destination of education.

2.Do you think that young people should take several different kinds of job before they take a career in a long term?
When it comes to the question that should young people take several different kinds of job before they take a career in a long term, views vary from people to people. However, as far as I am concerned, taking several different kinds of job can bring a lot of benefices to one’s career.

First and foremost, taking different jobs can broaden one’ s horizon and form one’s different abilities which can make you more competitive since nowadays the ones with compound abilities are more popular in a company. For instant, a trade company about machine seems to be more like to hire the ones that once not only worked in the factory but also did some management work before.

In addition, taking different jobs can help one get better understanding of different careers and learn more about himself, which is meaningful for him to find what kind of career does he really want to do and which kind of job is really fit himself. In fact, our country is full of such failure examples. Many young people start careers after graduation and never change them, however some of them do not like their jobs but they do not change since they do not know what they really like and what they really like.

Furthermore, taking different kinds of job can also help one to create his own network widely. Besides, people are more familiar with different industries with the experience of taking different jobs. Today, more and more companies are going to diversity their business which means they need their employees to contact with people from different industries very well. So, with a wide network one can get help more readily or keep relationship better

In conclusion, I am totally agree that a young man should take several different kinds of jobs before take a career in a long term.
