Some people think that sports and social activities are just as important as classes and libraries at universities and colleges and should attain the same financial support as classes and libraries. But I don't accept this idea. Generally speaking, classes and libraries are the most important parts of an university and college, and both of them should receive much more financial support.
As everyone know, universities and colleges are the places where students study. Only if students learn lots of knowledge, they can get a good job after graduate from university, which make them be able to feed themselves and also do something for society. The most important places for students on the campus are the classes and libraries, so the principal of an university should spend most of the financial support on better classes and libraries.
Better classes and libraries is much more important for students. If the classes and libraries are comfortable, students would be pleased to study in these places. In stead, if the conditions of the classes and libraries are so bad, for example, the light is dull and the chairs are not comfortable, students would not be glad to classes and libraries, and they may use these time to play games, then they will waste lots of time.
Obviously, an university or college only with classes and libraries is also not a good place to study. One people can't study all the time, everyone needs time for rest and entertainment, sports and social activities are useful ways for entertainment. So sports and social activities should receive some financial support, which should be less than the cost for the classes and libraries.
In a word, classes and libraries are the most important parts of an university, but sports and social activities are also useful for the students, so they should be supported by the committe, but the support can't be equal with the support for classes and libraries.

Always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship between people.

In modern society, more and more people think that sometimes if you tell the truth, you would lost some profiles, even large number of profiles. Therefore, some of them choose to tell a lie. But I think, at any time and in any relationship between, telling the truth is the most important consideration between people.
Trust is the basic factor of communication between people. When two people begin to communicate, both of them wouldn’t trust each other at the first stage, but after a period of contacting, they would become good friends. However, during the beginning of communication, if one of them find that the other person tell a lie, then he won’t trust him at all. As a result, the one who tells a lie will lose a friend. If one people could tell the truth all the time, he must be respected by all the people, because only very few people could achieve this aim.
Besides, you must tell the truth to anyone, you parents, your brothers and sisters, your classmates and even a strange. Some people believe that telling the truth to their relatives is much enough and telling the truth would be stupid action. However, personally speaking, we can’t cheat anyone, because telling a lie is big mistake. When you tell a lie, you have sold your soul.
What’s more, if we always tell lies would bring us troubles. For example, one of my classmates who always talk something differently with different people, ocassionally, we all found that he was telling a lie, so we never trust him, which make him have no friend. So trust is one of the most important properties of human beings.
In a word, telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship between people, including both your relatives and strangers. If you can tell the truth all the time, you will be a best people, instead, if you always tell lies, no one would like to make friends with you.

3.Everyone in the world live in a complex society, they would face a large number of problems, if they want to solve these issues, they must  communicate with others or need assistant from others, namely, they can't live in a closed environment. Therefore, how to make friend with others is much important for us. Whether keep the old friends is more important than make new friends? Personally speaking, I agreed with it.
Keep your old friends is obviously more important. First, you have communicate with your old friends for many years, so there is a much deep friendship between you and your old friends, this kind of friendship is so previous, and if you lose it, maybe it can't be come back forever. Second, these old friends know lots of important things of you which occured many years ago, these things are the co-memory for you, when you talk about these memory, you will feel great  happiness. Third, your old friends are the people who communicate with you for several years, even several decades, so you have a deep knowledgement about them, you know their tempers, their feelings, even their backgrounds. So you can trust them without any doubt. When you are in trouble, your old friends are the most impossible people who help you.
Although old friends is more important than new friends, we still need to make new friends. We are live in a developing society, the environment around us is changing every second. For example, today you are still in your city, but tomorrow you must move to a new city. At this situation, you must make new friends. If you don't make new friends, you must account lots of troubles, and no one would help you, then you will be so tired. Instead, if you can make some new friends, they can offer some experience to you, which make you easily solve your problems.   
In a word, your old friends are so precious for you, you will have a confidence to solve any troubles in your life with the support of your old friends. So old friends are more important than new friends. But living in a developing society, making new friends will make you more comfortable in the world. However, please remember a sentence, if you begin to make friend with a stranger, you must be careful at the very beginning.

In twenty years, there will be fewer cars in use than there are today.
Nowadays, more and more cars are used by people, so more and more oxide carbon are pulled into atomosphere which result in the Greenhouse Effect. Therefore, some people think that in order to reduce the quantity of the greenhouse gas, fewer cars would be used after twenty years than there are today. But I can’t agree with this idea.
Obviously, due to the developing of cities, more and more people move into cities, and most of them would use cars in order to adapt to lives in city. For example, the population of our city is one million twenty years ago, but it is eight millions now. Accordingly, more than eight times cars are used today. Besides, the population of the world is much larger now, there are ten billions people in 1990s in our country, but there are thirteen billions now, this also introduce the larger used cars today.
What’s more, modern cities are becoming much larger than that twenty years ago, so if one person want to go to somewhere, he must travel a longer distance, so he must use a car instead of bicycle or foot. Therefore, cars will become more and more important after twenty years than that today.
As everyone know, the Greenhouse Effect is becoming more and more serious today, so reducing the Greenhouse Gas is much important and urgent. However, there are lots of methods, using fewer cars is not the only method. For example, new energy cars have been invented, such as cars used solar energy or electric energy. What’s more, improving the efficient of the fuel is one of the useful methods to reduce the Greenhouse Gas. I believe that there must be more ways to solve this problem in future.
In a word, because of the developing of cities and rising population, there must be more and more cars used in twenty years. What’s more, in order to solve the Greenhouse Effect, we can take many other ways, such as inventing new type cars, such as solar energy car and electric energy car.
