题目:An increasing number of students choose to go to another country for their higher education. Do you think the benefits outweigh the problems associated with it?
At present, with the development of our country, the number of people who plan to continue their education abroad is increasingly. Some individuals agree with it, but others cast doubt on it. Personally, I believe that it may be a wise choice.
As we know, students can benefit a lot from studying abroad. Specifically, in this way, they can broaden their horizons through visiting some historical places of other nations and communicating with some native residents. Furthermore, by doing this, these young men can synthesis the western countries’ cultures with their own country’s culture. For instance, if a boy can enter into a famous university in the UK, he may be affected by the culture of Britain and then he can find a proper junction of these two cultures. Last but not least, the experience of studying abroad can help them get pretty jobs more easily than others. Although the capacity plays a significant role in searching for an occupation, the diploma is also very important, which can let the employers know that they got a excellent education background.
Admittedly, there are some disadvantages of this. The main reason is that it may cost a great deal of money, and many parents cannot afford this because of their low salaries. For example, I have a friend named Wayne, who performed very good at his major and when he was a senior student, he received an offer of Standford Universiy. In order to support him to make his dream come true, his parents selled their house since they were both laid-off workers. In addition to this, in some cases, choosing to go to other country for their high education has a detrimental influence. Specifically, some students are too young to tackle some emergency things.
To sum up, I assert that studying abroad is a excellent choice for those who have become adults. But, for some young students, it should be considered carefully. |
