UbiSeC Lab at the ECE Dept. of Illinois Institute of Technology led by Prof. Kui Ren is currently recruiting several Ph. D students working in the areas of Cloud Computing Security, Smart Grid Security, and Wireless and Mobile Security. Successful candidates are expected to have strong background in at least one of the following areas: network programming/power system/wireless communication/applied cryptography. Prior research experience is a plus but not absolutely necessary. I am more interested in working with students who are responsible, brilliant, with solid background, and have curiosity and determination to explore the path to develop himself/herself into an outstanding researcher.
