I would like to sublease my bedroom as soon as possible. My roommates are three male graduate students from Duke University. They are very nice and friendly. This apartment has two floors and my bedroom is on the second floor. You will share bathroom with one roommate who also lives on the second floor.

Washer, drier, ironing and all kitchen supplies are available. The rent is 400 dollars per month. The electricity is about $20/per without heating(or $35/per in winter heating on).   The apartment is  refurbished last year and it is available now to 1st Aug. You can renew it after that.

Erwin Mill is located on 9th street which is near east campus of Duke University. The transportation is very convenient. You can take H3, H5 and BCC to the west campus and it takes about 5 minutes. You can walk to Whole Food in five minutes and take DATA 11 to Food Lion and Kroger in 5 minutes. Also you can walk to the gym in east campus in 10 minutes. You can find many restaurants on 9th street in walking distance. What is important is that Erwin Mill apartment is very safe. There are video cameras at the entrance of the building and to enter into the apartment, one need the key to enter into the building first. No break in happened before.
