成绩单和学位证公证的问题

各位大仙，我申请了悉尼科技大学的CSC读博，目前档案馆盖章的本科成绩单，学士学位证明、毕业证明和语言成绩等都寄到学校了，可是今天收到小米的邮件，提醒我说 还缺以下需要notarized的文件内容，不知道这个notarized是不是指的公证啊，要到哪里公证呢？学校档案馆盖的章难道不是公证吗？

这个我也有疑问，貌似新西兰澳洲的学校都不认学校的密封件啊？只认公证处。。。绝对的脑残。公证处还不是走过场拿着原件公正的，又不会回学校核实。。。
而且明明有的学校写的接受original transcript issued by school，结果害得我们送大把银子给公证处。。。悲剧

果然是要公证的啊，我现在正在准备CSC的申请材料，那不是成绩单、学位证、毕业证都需要公证？ 公证好贵的啊~
