首先，请无视我的各种语法错误以及拼写错误吧……（问题是我自己问的，蓝色笔的答案是小米的回复）
LZ咨询了两个小米，貌似这两个人的答案还不太一样，不过相差也不大，现在写给大家，其他XDJM看看有什么需要补充的，争取累个楼，把所有问题都解决掉吧~

I paid my registration fee by Telegraphic Transfer. But I notice that on the page of "Acceptance of Offer", the item of "B. Registration Fee Payment" requires to write the Bank Draft No.. So what should I wright?
If you paid the relevant fee by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), you may write the number of receipt of the T/T on that section.
In the meantime, on the page of "Student Visa Application", It required to send the original bank draft to your university. What should I send, since after paid by telegraphic transfer, I have only one original telegraphic transfer application form.
If you paid the relevant fee by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), please send the original receipt of the T/T instead. You may send the receipt together with the visa application documents package to our office.
Then, On the second page of ID 995A, the second blank is requried to fill the Proposed date. Which date I should fill? Also how long I should fill the Proposed duration of stay?
For the Proposed date, you may write the date that a bit earlier than that of your study commencement date. This Proposed date of Entry is a reference for the Immigration Department to estimate the valid period of the visa for applicant. For the Proposed duration of study, you may write down the normal duration of the course. According to our record, your are offered a place of 55005-BMF, which the normal duration is 1 year. You may write "1 year" on the Proposed duration of study on the ID995A form.
I have loaded down ID 995A file both from POLYU and Immigration Department, and I found at the end of the file there is a little different between them. So could you tell me which one I should use?
Both version ID 995A form are fine. For our easy reference, you may use the one from our university.
On the second page of ID 995A, the first blank is required to fill present address and permanent address. Is there any possibility that I may receive something according to the address? If there is such possibilty, please tell me which address is considered as such function.
For the present address and permanent address, it is for record of the Immigration Department. Besides, we will send you the visa label issued by the Immigration Department according to these addresses, unless applicant has other designated address. So please provide a correct address.
On the second page of ID 995A, the third part is required to fill the imformation about the Accompanying Dependants. Since I am already an adult and have no accompanying dependants, I think there is no need for me to fill the blank. It is right?
Yes. If you do not have any dependant accompanying, please leave it blank.
On the third page of ID 995A, the six part is required to fill the Estimated Cost of Living. Is there any offical guide to fill this part? Or shall I fill this part according to the sample of ID 995A?
You may take the sample of the ID 995A as reference. (这是另外一个小米的回复：

8.About the copy of financial proof, how long should I ask for the bank to issued the proof? 3 months? 6 months? 1 year? or else?
3 months of the copy of financial proof is good enough for the Immigration Department references.（另外一个小米的回复：There is no standard amount for financial proofs. You are required to produce an original financial resource statement issued by your bank which indicates that you have enough money to cover the tuition fees and living expenses for your first year of study in Hong Kong. If the financial proofs are not stated under your name, your sponsor are required to provide a written consent indicated that he/she will financially support your study in Hong Kong. Please also provide a copy of sponsor's passport (including signature page).）

9.about the form ID 995A. May I use simple chinese to fill this form? What kind of language I should use?
Yes. You can use simplified Chinese to fill the form.

10.Meanwhile, since my mother offer financial support for me, is there any necessity that I should apply kinship certification?
If you mother is the sponsor of your study, please provide her identity proof( such as Mainland China Identity card) and her financial proof in your visa application package.

11.about the ID995A. As I see, it requires to apply a photo, which size is 45mm*55mm. So I want to know what kind of the background color it requires, bule or white?

Supposed you are enquiring about the photo submit. The background color of the photo is preferably white.
