我现在还没办护照，deadline之前不能把护照复印寄过去的话，可以申请吗？

拖得很晚了才来申请NTU的MSc in digital media technology，昨天申请的时候发现要寄护照复印件，
但3月5号就是寄文件的deadline了，
现在去办护照肯定来不及在deadline之前拿到，
那我还能申请吗？
deadline之前拿不到护照，我的申请他们还会考虑吗？
希望知道的亲们可以回答一下~谢谢！！

ps：NTU的MSc in digital media technology有面试吗？

NTU的Supporting Documents里写着要护照呢~


1.One passport-sized photograph to be affixed on the top right corner of the application form.
2.NRIC/Passport or Citizenship Certificate.
3.Documentary proof (e.g. a valid Re-Entry Permit) of Singapore Permanent Resident status, if applicable.
4.Documentary proof of Immigration Pass (e.g. Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependant Pass) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, if applicable.
5.Transcript(s) of University academic records must be in English, otherwise an official English translation must also be provided.
6.Degree scroll(s) must be in English, otherwise an official English translation must also be provided.
7.Applicants who graduated from polytechnics (Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic & Temasek Polytechnic) in Singapore must also submit their polytechnic results.
8.Applicants who are applying for Graduate Diploma in Translation & Interpretation must also submit their GCE 'A' level and CGE 'O' level or equivalent certificates and transcripts.
9.Documentary proof of present and previous employment with designation, dates of appointment and resignation indicated (e.g. IR8A forms or letters of appointment and resignation).
10.TOEFL/IELTS results (apply only to graduates of universities with non-English medium of instruction). A photocopy of the result is acceptable. Instead of sending the official test score through ETS, applicants should submit a photocopy of the TOEFL/IELTS score together with all other supporting documents. The official test score sent directly from ETS should be produced for verification upon request at a later date.
Note : GRE score is not compulsory for admission to coursework programmes.
11.Professional qualifications/membership certificates, if any.
12.Any other relevant documents (e.g. supporting letter from your employer or referee). Note: There is no fixed standard format for reference letters.

然后护照赶快去办了，迟早要办的，最多两周就搞定了，等到时候学校万一觉得不爽有意见了，你再扫描一份马上发过去即可。
