As far as I am concerned, I can not be more agree with the statement, which argues people accepting criticism will succeed in a team. My arguments are listed as followed.

Personally, it’s hard to imagine that people who don’t accept criticism can be successful in a team. Especially in a basketball team, the cohesion and unity playa much more important role in the match. If a member, who is good at throwing the ball in the long distance, is reluctant to pass it to his guys and also fail to make the goal, the coach will punish him and command him passing ball to his parter frequently. The match may be wonderful to them only if he admit his mistakes.

Moreover, from the newspaper “China Daily”, I find the item there is a research about relationship between the accepting criticism and success. There are more than 69% people investigated who have a brilliant life when they are often polite and ready to accept other’s advice and criticism in a team. Admittedly, up to 58% people who fail to agree with people’s criticism in a team, as a result, they are sentenced to trail on the ground that they break the laws.

Furthermore, I am the sort of person who are prone to accept people no matter who he or she is and I am luckily to be nominated to be a monitor in the class. When I make a unreasonable decision, my counterparts will point it out to me, whose viewpoint really is thoughtful and creative.

Above all, I always believe that people who do not accept other’s criticism won’t promoted and be successful.
