【求助】MSU decision made怎么查状态？？

今天查邮箱，结果发现了这个，点击网址，出来的是outlook express,要填用户名和密码，我真心不知道填啥，personal ID是什么？？是applicant ID还是邮箱账号呢？？求教啊！！！

GISM里边不能查吗？
此外，我觉得这封邮件的意思 是让你去问系里的人，给他们发邮件，比如系主任。发邮件的时候记得说清楚你的PID，方便他们查。

BTW：LZ申的是什么专业？
