Although many parents are inclined to do children’s favor in order to make children’s work perfect, I firmly assert that parents should encourage children to do their work.
  First of all, if parents always help children to do their work, children will not do their work well without helpers. Since children are used to being supported by parents, they don’t like to make efforts to deal with difficulties of work. For example, my 5-year-old cousin was assigned to make a car model by his teacher in the kindergarten. When he was back to home and told this homework to his father, my uncle. He decided to help my cousin complete this seeming arduous work. My uncle finished the most difficult part such as assembling the car wheel, while my cousin only did some easy job. After my cousin delivered his car model to his teacher, she thought my cousin did a good job and suggested him to show the procedures in front of all classmates. Unfortunately, my cousin was not able to assemble the car wheel well, so his classmates laughed at him. Thus, the help from parents sometimes has a negative impact on children. Children don’t really learn something from their work, especially the part they don’t understand at all.
In addition, only make mistakes or facing difficulties during independent work can children be mature. Take me for instance, last summer, I worked in my mum’s friend company as an intern. Once upon a time, my boss arranged me to deliver an important file to the customer. I was so careless to leave this file in a taxi. When my mum got my message, she tended to help me search this file. However, I refused her favor, because I regarded correcting this mistake as my part of work. As a result , I found the file and learned a lesson from this experience. If I had accepted my mum’s help, I would not have pay attention to this work. Also, I can’t learn anything from my mistake.
What’s more, sometimes the help from parents sometimes makes children’s work terrible. Help doesn’t necessarily mean benefits. My friend called sherry, she is a vice manager of his father’s company. His father, as a sales manager, always helps her to operate the project by his previous experience. Some new project failed just because her father interfered her with the project. His father believed he was true. In fact, his help did really benefit his daughter.
In a nut shell, it is beneficial for children to work independently. Also , parents don’t need to worry about them . Children finally will survive on their own instead of working with parents’ help.

Since children are （去掉）used to being（be） supported by parents, they don’t(写为do not) like to make efforts to deal with difficulties of work(in the work). 我觉得这句话也可以这样写：Children will do not want to make efforts to deal with difficulties in the work since used to be supported by parents.

Every day I get up, the first thing I do is to open my computer to scan the news online. I believe it necessary to be aware of what is taking place all over the world. Although some of information will not influence my own life, I still have a keen eye on it for several reasons.
Every time I browse the news on my screen, I always obtain the information which widen my horizons more or less. Perhaps, I am used to knowing what is happening around world on my twitter or facebook. A few days ago, I saw a video called ‘kony 2012’ which described how a leader of a rebel army in Africa to kill the opponents, even to train the innocent children to be soldiers. The maker of this video hopes those who saw it to share this idea that he hope for peace with others. Although I am not a person who lives in Africa, I think caring public events is the duty of a good citizen with responsibility. Various kind of new open my eyes towards the world, which help me to be more knowledgeable.
In addition, sometimes such things seemingly unrelated to my daily life actually indirectly affect my interest. When I was junior at college, I had not the plan to go abroad, so I ignored the information on education information of foreign countries. Now I was looking for a job , but the company require some overseas experience. I doesn’t care these news at all . If I had paid attention to the trend of study abroad, maybe I would make a different choice at present. So it is crucial for us to notice the newest report around world, which maybe benefits us to make some decisions in our lives.
In conclusion, as the technology advances a lot nowadays, we always use some updated media such as twitter or facebook, and we should concern about what is happening on the earth. Click our mouses, and we will have a grasp of the latest trend and information all over the world.

Although most of people in the daily life don’t like being criticized by others, a person who is willing to accept criticism is more successful as a team member. As you can see, advice from others always encourage people to be more all-rounded. So one kind of the advice, the criticism, may lead people to be mature.
People who can not accept criticism from other team members always regard the project from a monotonous perspective, which can not create a success. Take my own experience for example, when I worked at a company as an intern, one day I was responsible for buying a bunch of flower to our department meeting which was held in the afternoon. Unfortunately, there were not enough flowers we wanted in the flower store near our company. Then I decided to go to another flower store, but I forgot to report to my manager. Since the meeting time was approaching, one of my colleagues, lily called to me,after knowing the situation I faced with, she criticized me and suggested I come back to the company. However, I did not take her advice, because I thought what I bought should be accordance with the number my manager told me. Eventually, I was late for the meeting and my manager got into angry. In this case, I only considered one side of the task, while I neglected the importance of the other side. If I had taken lily’s advice, I would not have failed.
In addition, people who are reluctant to absorb the blames from others are not able to get along with their team members. As a result, the whole team can not succeed, and each member doesn’t obtain the good score of course. Bob is a famous basketball player, and he is not willing to accept the critism from his coach. So he cannot match the whole strategy with his teammates and he is alone in the team. Gradually, the whole team always loses the games which leads to bob’s unemployment. From this story, we can learn that before achieving the success, the team members should cooperate in harmony. A member like bob will not get the good result because of his proud behaviors.
What’s more, although critism is not always true, it can promote people to reflect his behaviours and go through a successful path. Jim, one of my friends, often shows a smile to those who are opposed to his ideas in his group. He tells me he regards these different opinions as a motivation to be more sophisticated. He believed that his experience to be increased by various advice give him a chance to be successful in his group.Recently, he will become a leader of his department.
In a nutshell, accepting critism from other members in a team always benefits people whether the critism is true or not. Those who are open-minded to adopt different ideas are certainly to be more mature and successful.

Although the advanced technology makes the big cities develop rapidly, the relations between them are not closed enough for people to take care of their family members. From my perspective, countryside is the suitable place for people to care for my parents.
People in countryside have more time to take care their family members than people in big cities.
Relatively speaking, pressure is less on people in countryside such as farmers or sellers, whose occupations are depend on themselves, not their boss. So they will not work overtime if their famly needs help. For example, my teacher, Jenny, always have a talk with students who are distracted from classes after school. Last week, her little baby was ill, but she had not enough time to attend for her daughter. To some extent, people in big cities have less freedom in family lifes. Sometimes even if a salesman is caring for his grandfather in the hospital , he has to come back to company if his customer or boss requires.
In addition, since relationships between neighbours in rural society are more closed than those in metropolis, the neighbourhood is more helpful. Once a person have some urgent business to do, he or she has a choice to turn to his or her neighbours for help. It is general for people who live with a rural life to attend their neighbour’s children after school. Becauce those people are more unsophisticated than people who always set a barrier to others psychologically. Take my parents for example, when I was a young girl, they were busy on business in their company. They sometimes had desire to let me do homework in our neighbour’s home, but they even did not know his or her name was. It seems ridiculous story, but this story always happens in my lovely city. If I were born in countryside, what would happen ? I imagine I can have a colorful childhood.
So the dynamic development in big cities not only leads to benefits to people, but also inhospital relationships.
In a nut shell, I do not think people can take care of their family members better when they live in big cities than in the countryside. Those who lead a urban life can not attend their parents or children themselves , and even they can not find a suitable person to replace them to care for their intimate persons.

Although there are many students who regard the famous professors in some fields as their idols, I still prefer to attend the universities whose graduates can find good jobs. One of the objectives to go to colleges is to have a decent job after graduation. To some extent, young adults should depend on themselves, not those professors, to be more knowledgeable.
First of all, in my points of view, finding a good job plays an important role to judge a college whether well-developed or not, because it is realistic for me to make money after graduation. Almost everyone who goes to school hopes to lead a satisfied career in the future. Take me for example, my college introduced some courses relating to career plans from abroad, I had a wide range of choices to improve my career skills. There were not many eminent professors to talk about the sales experiences or the speech skills. But these courses are what I really need at present. In order to find a good job, I will learn a lot from those who lead a successful career course.
Second, even if the well-known professors benefit students a lot in universities, these experts are occupied with papers, meetings or speeches. So they have not enough time to teach the young students. My teacher, doctor Yang, has a lesson of international law in Mondays. However, he sometimes has a forum to attend or some meetings to deliver a speech, and he delays even cancels the course. This affects our study coherence. So it seems that it is not so good for students to attend universities where there are famous professors. Because ,as a teacher, they have not time to do well at all.
In a nutshell, I prefer to stay in a university which offers a promising career future. This is attracting for me to make more money to let my parents live in a big house or bring my friends go wherever they want. Sometimes we should stand on the ground , not fly in the sky.

110708 the friend that can have fun with are more important than the friends that can get more help from?
Since I am a person who like to make friends and be sociable with most of people I met, the most important charater of my friends is to be helpful. I prefer to choose a friend who can give me a hand when I am in trouble. Also , I think the indeed friend is in need.
First of all, it is practical for me to choose a friend. If he or she can give me a hand when I faced with some problems, it seems to be worthy to make a friend like this. For example, my father lost his job last year and my family suddenly got to trouble. I told my friend jimmy my situation. After one week, he introduce a decent job to my father. I was appreciated for him and wanted to invited him to my home. However , he turned down and said to me that he should help me because we were good friend.
Second, there are many friends that can have fun with, but there are few mates that can get help from. Friendship is more valuable when one is sunk in mud. Take my teacher ,Mr. Chen for instance, when he was put into jail during the Great Cultual Revolution. His so-called friends all refused to visit Mr. Chen’s home. However, His partner, Mr. Hu supported Mr. Chen’s family and took care for his wife and children. Two years later, Mr. Chen was released. Mr. Hu cooked many delicious food at Mr. Chen’s home and talked a lot until dawn. This story my teacher told me moved me a lot , because this is invaluable friendship I once imagined for severval times.
Third, if one can get help from his or her friend, this will satisfied this friend’s self-esteem, which is an important factor affecting the quality of friendship. So sometimes a chance for other people to help you is good lubricant among friends.
In a word, I would rather make friends who can give me a favor when I really need. Nowadays, so many people making fun with each other, but they do not show their loyalty when their friends become poor or feel sick.
