BU、密苏里和雪城如何择校

很幸运的等来了这三所学校的AD，都暂时还没奖。我选的全部是journalism。密苏里是magazine writing，雪城是MNO，BU也是magazine和international report方向的，我很偏print journalism。
估计还有很多同收到这三所或其中两所AD的。真心咨询各位前辈、朋友，这三所怎么选？

密苏里固然什么都好，但是地理位置实在是个硬伤。
BU是我的dream school，但是费用恐怕承担不了。
雪城了解不是特别深，但是newhouse的名声还是很棒。

mizzou地理还行，我们今年有个米国人，研究生毕业去了usa today。。。mizzou呆着很舒服

BU is very expensive. That's the fact. But good location indeed.
Mizzo is an ideal school for journalism, very good reputation. You don't need a good location if you study journalism. Local newspapers are everywhere anyway. That will be good practice for you during school time.
I don't recommend you to choose Syracuse. MNO is not very worthwhile to study as a major. It's a relatively new major and nobody really recognizes it. If you want to find a job at print media, journalism will be an ideal major.

3# longgoodbye 前辈哇？可能每个人对于地理位置的需求不一样。我也不觉得自己是一个完全的city girl，宁静的地方也很好。但是因为很喜欢文化和艺术方面（这也是为什么舍不得BU的原因）。请问这方面columbia这个地方怎样啊？谢谢！

4# tsmayvis 你是学PR的哈？那我地理位置当然很重要（我觉得相比新闻重要得多）。BU贵的在承受范围内，没奖，TA/RA钱也少的可怜。所以现在几乎不敢考虑了。

I realized that there are many local newspapers, magazines and so on for students to practice. However, how are they? And will it be difficult for international students to participate? I understand that it depends on different individuals, but generally speaking what are our chances? Also, could you please offer some opinions on the NYC/Washington internships?
