issue的切入点很重要，较之模板，我们也需要关注我们对一个问题得分析解剖。下面是我对一个issue题目的分析过程，和大家分享，不足之处请大家指正，咱共同学习，共同进步～～

总结： 理解成建议类型有些牵强，不过可以从正反两面展开讨论

1. 这个标准可以用来界定一个政治家是否有效力，但是我们需要的不仅是只懂得利益得领袖，也许要精神领袖。
2. 我们需要修正这样的价值判断。
总结：从这个角度切入比较好，个人感觉有的写，而且逻辑性也比较强。

1. 这样定义一个leader显然是片面的，我们可以列举许多其它品质来补充这样的定义。
2. 所以可以给出自己对于一个leader的认识，显然，领袖有别于政客。
