晒MSE offer/ad ucsd顺便帮忙分析下是offer or ad

今天刚收到了ucsd的邮件，大家帮帮看看是offer还是ad，貌似通篇没提钱的事情，也木有附件
offer of admission 什么意思？
还有是不是UCSD这两年很喜欢发AD呀？有人知道吗？谢了~~

估计希望不大，我之前看到寄托有人背景巨牛，N多研究经历，申请了CSC，才拿到了UCSD的chem ad,mse竞争比chem更激烈 4# bigbright
