Queens' University Conditional Offer

小弟今天收到Queens发来的Conditional Offer。看了之后有一些不明白，想请教各位大虾们。下面是offer的部分内容：
This is your conditional acceptance to the School of Graduate Studies at Queen's University for studies in the Department of Geography on a Doctor of Philosophy degree program. Formal acceptance will be granted provided you meet the following condition(s):
Successful completion of Master's degree.


This conditional acceptance is for the 2012-2013 academic session, commencing September 2012.
As soon as your final standing has been determined, please ask the Registrar of your University to send us two official transcripts showing:
a) degree awarded,
b) date conferred.

I must emphasize that it is your responsibility to see that these documents are forwarded to us. When we receive all required documents and when the above condition has been satisfactorily met, you will be sent an electronic notice which will include information concerning registration. A hard copy letter will also be mailed to you.
上面说要我寄两个Transcripts证明我已经取得了Master Degree。
但是小弟今年硕三，七月份才能拿到学位证书，显然来不及。所以想问问大家该怎么办？
另外一个疑惑就是为什么是两个Transcripts呢？
求大家帮帮忙了，谢谢啦。

cong！lz可以拿到最终成绩单和毕业证了以后再寄 两份一般是一份给研院 一份给系里 我记得queens申请时材料一般都是要两份的

快问小秘吧...之前不知道在哪里看到说这个con offer也能签证...
所以或许是可以拿这个去签证...
然后等你毕业了马上补齐材料才算是正式录取...我看到有学校的这些学位材料是7月中才截止的...
快问小秘材料的deadline还有offer神马时候到吧...
