Wherever in Europe or in north America, it is admirable for those who want to meet their inner desire for learning in world's top universities such as Harvard or Oxford. They possess the utmost resource for knowledge and open ambience of research and design. Disciplinary like Environmental Engineering or Computer Science were dominant in the world. The protocol to send student abroad would enhance their access to gain them, and advanced fluency in English, French or Spanish as second language. Students in this way expand their linkage to the world and would develop a holistic perspective in cosmos and distinctive views of value, life and world. They would be superior to the other teenagers in their alienated experience. Despite the above ascendants and temptation as learning abroad, there would be several pitfalls emerged in the procedure. In terms of the financial insurance, families in destitution could hardly afford the costly fee for study abroad, which would rather scramble for a scholarships for further study and forgo the current programs. The colleges and universities would spend more time and budget in maintenance of the relationships and exchange projects expenditure.
From all dimensions concerned, learning abroad would be a feasible option for specific major and a novel initiative for students. Whereas in contrary would engender extra onus for language mastery and economical embarrassment for provident families.
