With an energy industry cloes by, college students have plenty of potential opportunities to obtain part-time jobs during the summer vacation, which not only offer them reasonable extra money but also greatly enlarge their horizons. students will be more motivated to develop their academic capability in order to meet the industry’s meet, for example, considering of the satisfing welfare of the instition, students with computer sicense degree might study hard to be specialized in their major as well as accumulate energy exploration related knowledge with consiousness , so that those graduates will be placed on a favorable position in an increasingly competitive job market.

First, local residents have to take transportation like buses and private cars to traval between work places and their houses every day, the heavry traffic produced lots of nosiy especially during the rush hour, which obviousily have a negative impact on students academical study. Also, the housing situation in this area is more expensive than many other communities in the city, as many students are living on limited budgets, it might be difficult to find adequate housing.

For what have been discussed above, we may safely draw the conclusion that the advantages of built a new university are far outweight of its disadvantages, since it is not only benefitial directly on the students’ academica development, but also produce a profound impact on every community resident involved in.
