我新买的手提，装了一个中文xp一个英文xp,英文xp2个月来工作很正常（虽然是盗版的），但是不知道为啥这两天突然神经，神经的主要症状如下，请解答：

- window media player突然不能打开，一打开就跳出窗口 an internal erreur has been occured之类的，但是很奇怪，只要你不关掉这个窗口，还是能听音乐，不过没有window media player 的大窗口出现了

- netants突然不能用，netants程序可以正常打开，但是如果到了网站上面要下载什么东西，然后想按右键中的download by netants的时候，没有任何反应，怎么按都没有反应，我把netants卸载，然后下了一个jetcar，也是同样症状

- 我的一个法语电子词典不能打开

- 按search键没有任何反应，窗口里一片空白。执行任何search命令都不行

请问是不是中毒啦？？？？？

我没qq那么牛，不过提供点参考意见先：先用最新版杀毒软件杀一遍毒，不行的话就试试xp的系统还原功能，还原到上一次正常的还原点，说不定会有奇效。

麦丰阿~我忘了说了，我就是卸载了以前的瑞星，想从网上下载norton antivirus杀毒软件~~ 现在是下载好了，它扫描也说没问题，然后说auto-protected enabled，可是为什么我点击norton antivirus，却不能够启动呢？

那多半是中了病毒，换别的比如kv，然后在DOS下杀毒，嫌麻烦就干脆直接系统还原，反正文件不会丢。

thanx~我把norton 删除了，重新安装了我的rising正版，就全部好了！！奇怪！

notorn不是很稳定，尤其是2003版的，bug不断，希望2004版会好些。。。
