The investment on the the scientific research is considered to be a prospective and profitable deal, since the research will be improved if extra money can be instilled.And more scientific achievement are able to be applied into various practical fields.But,sometimes the controversial results may bring people into doubt and worry, however, most scientific research with controversies are worth endowing, although the others will definitely deteriorate the security and well-being of human society.

Scientific researches---which are comprised by a great amount complex experiments---are usually very expensive projects,although if succeed , they will give out a measurable profit."When we are doing an experiment in order to certify a single character of a drug, it should be repeated thousands of times to assure the conclusion,"said Dave Frankin (the leading professor in  Medical School in Williams College),"it needs a lot of money,so that the research can proceed smoothly. However, for the enterprisers , it will save the money as well, for it is no need for them to pay much more to buy the techniques or new medicine later."Furthermore, if money permittid , the researchers will have more freedom without being afraid of failtures, which  can not be completely averted, in order that the research is possible to be carried out into a deeper lever.  

However, due to the increasing concerns of scientific researches ,people often worry about  whether the research will do harm to the human life or not,since the results and the directions of application are uncertain.Nevertheless, nobody can forecast how the things will develop in the future, especially in the realm of science, on account of what the scientists care about is just the unknown and the uncertain.For instance, many individuals and communites object the research on cloning,and it become a hot topic among the populace.They are unwilling to see the "clone human" one day.Though the birth of the "clone human " may challenge the moral disciplines, the research on this technique is still in the elementary phase, and we cannot predict how this technique is to be used.Perhaps,many benefits are unable to improve our living condition,such as the timely transplant organ created the cloning technique,which possess the compatiblity with the main tissue of the paient.Thus, the research should not be detered, for the lack of money,so that the success will be achieved soon.

Whereas,to one's great disappointment, indeed, some researches in which the techniques is to be applied for the apparent vicious practical use  ought to be banned, rather than support and endow.In North Korea, the goverment risks developing the nuclear weapons , which destroys the security and prosperity in the Far East .And the purpose of this action is too obvious to take the pure scientifc research for excuse.Thus, the investment on the area like this is a doubtless evil,not a wise idea.

There are billions of persons in this world , with different viewpoints and positions.Hence, such controversies will never be eliminated,which people should confront rather than bypass or be fear of . As long as it is possible to better the human society not to destroy, both governments and enterprisers ought be encouraged to invest the scientific research.
