Spending money on traveling and vacation or saving for future?

Have you ever dreamed of traveling to somewhere you never been to, meeting interesting people, and experiencing a completely different culture at the same time? Traveling and vacation never fail to play an amazing role in people’s life, whether you are young or old, white or black, rich or poor. Based on this, compared with money kept in the bank, spending on traveling could not only help you release the stress, but also provide an excellent opportunity to expand your vision and learn from life.

Economically, saving money does help us be better-prepared for challenges in future. As we know, no one has the ability to make precise predictions as the world is full of uncertainty. Therefore, proper budgets and plans are the insurances of a better life. Suppose you have a serious disease suddenly, so there is a large sum of money needed to pay for medical bills. Another example is that if you want to buy something really expensive like a house, which also requires a lot of money, as well. Hence, it seems that we should spend less on recreation and entertainment, just saving it.

However, we can benefit more from just a simple trip or a pleasant vacation without costing too much. For one thing, it’s really a great way for us to relax. With the rapid growth of economy, people are struggling with their works and families every day exhaustedly, and even result in a lot of mental diseases for the sake of high pressure from fierce competition. So taking a trip could help them drive away the lassitude and keep a good mood, which, in turn, also is good to their working performance. For example, every time when I feel depressed and want to give up, I would like to visit some places with wonderful natural views, enjoying the fresh air and fragrance from grass and flowers, makes me feel energetic and brave again.

What’s more, traveling always involves more than just sightseeing, but of great educational value. First, courage and independence are essential ingredients during the whole tour. Besides, you could also have a chance to get access to some new skills, such as diving, surfing, skiing and so on. Furthermore, traveling to a foreign country often involves hearing a different language. Just learning a few words of another tongue enables you to have a better understanding of their tradition and culture.

To sum up, though we can’t deny the advantages of saving money, traveling and vacation are gradually becoming one of the indispensable parts of people’s life, including full of pleasure as well as educational meanings, which is really worth trying.
