后来发现where as后面确实是在说不同，这么一说确实应该是反过来，下面不同，上面相同。。。自说自话了半天，就是对首句中的this is not to deny that不是很理解，求解

为什么非要把这句话看作让步呢？既然下文说的是二者的不同，那这句话就是对下文的总领。要填的那句才是应该是让步。
