如题，岳母一签被拒，老婆九月底剖腹产，现想通过人道主义申请看望签证将岳母接来
美国呆一阵，时间长短不拘，只要能过来看看老婆就好。

I am writing to you hoping to speed up an interview for my mother-in-law's
application for a B2 visa. My wife (J2) and I (J1) am living in U.S. My
mother-in-law is living in her home town with my two-year-old daughter. We
are really missing our daughter and hope my mother-in-low to bring her to us
in September. Plus, now my wife is pregnant and supposed to deliver the
second baby in the middle of this September. Based on her physical condition
and the doctor’s advice, she needs to go with C-section（剖腹产）. We
really expect my mother-in-law and our daughter can come to be with us for
emotional support. We do need the family at such special time.

We promise my mother-in-low will be in US for less than 1 month, after my
wife’s C-section, she will go back to China. She has been familiar with
where she is living, together with her brothers/sisters and with the friends
whom they have made for many years. She owns a 1500 square feet house; She
has stable retirement income, above average living standard and considerable
deposit. Her life in China is wealthy and comfortable. Furthermore, she has
got employment from her retired office to rejoin as consultant and working
there, she’s very happy and enjoying the life with working. (see the
attachment for the employment certification.) And she needs to be back to
work on time.

My mother-in-law once applied visa to visit US for sightseeing early this
year, but it’s refused. She applied that in Guangzhou consulate when she
visited her sister in Guangzhou. We are writing this letter hoping to be
more clear about her purpose to US this time. She will come here only for
bringing us the baby and support my wife for her C-section. And she will go
back after <1 month stay in US.

Doctor’s note about my wife's situation is attached. We also attached the
employment certification for your reference.

My family and me are looking forward to hearing good news from you soon.
