I am a graduate student in Central Michigan University, I am living in a very nice apartment, which is very close to campus. My roommate is leaving because of graduation, so I am looking for a new roommate.


a  very nice apartment, close to campus ( just ten-minute walk),
2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom ad one kitchen (having refrigerator)
10-month lease, $670/mon, so each person $335/mon.
12-month lease, then 650/mon, each person would be $325/mon.
All utilities are included in the rent (gas, water, electricity).


Think about that:
at most $335/mon, you can have your own bedroom and only two students live in a two bedroom apartment.
If you choose on-campus apartment, for two students in two-bedroom apartment is at least $470 (Northwest Apartment).
for four students in a two bedroom apartment (two students have to share one bedroom), the price is $290/mon each student.
