TPO-1 Independent writing task

At universities and colleges, sports and social activities are just as important as classes and libraries and should receive equal financial support.

作文：
On contemporary era, with the advent of the knowledge society, education serves as a catalyst for our career success. However, when asked about which skills should be cultivated, the answer may be studying, so should give more attention to classes and libraries. From my perspective, I cling to an unshakeable belief that: sports and social activities have equal important roles with classes and libraries. Because sports not only help to our body healthy, but also lead to patience and spirits; social activities are not only playing and recreation, they can also enhance our EQ and sociability.

Basic to any understanding of the benefits we can get from sports and social activities is that they are just playing and wasting time. Mao Zedong, who is the first president of PRC，he said that body is the base of the revolution. Not just revolutionary, this proverb is true to anything. What is more, sports can foster our perseverance and patience, which spirit is more important than specific skill for success.

Another ability which many students lack of but is most important is the sociability, which can be obtained from social activities. Myself maybe a better example, once I was shamed silent and low-spirited, but after participate in multiple parties and presentations, such as give a speech or dancing party, I have a lot of friends and share joyful interest with them now.

There are some disadvantages of only studying hard. In china, many student just study for test, their live space just between school and home. They are not just nerd and jerk, but have any independent too. All in their mind is what does the teacher or textbook said or wrote.

Therefore, due to the above mentioned reasons, it is sagacious to take sports and social activities seriously, so they deserve more financial support. With sports, we can both stronger body and spirit; with social activities, we can both promote sociability and disposition.
