There was a man who established an extraordinary corporation around the world. This man's name is Steve Jobs. He had co-founded Apple eight years earlier with his hacker friend. When his products sold in all regions and export all over the world, we have to say, "Oh my god, he is a genius! Look what a successful company he founded!" But as everyone knows, Steve Jobs was a silent, precise man with a pair of deep-sunken eyes.

In the world, there are a lot of people create so many brilliant achievements, and a large percentage of people prefer to keep silent. Therefore I cast doubt on this statement that communication skill is the most important character for those successful. I will illustrate several points of mine in the following sections.

In my point of view, there are no other characters so essential to success equal to perseverance. It overcomes everything, even nature. Everyone is trying to accomplish something big, not realizing that they need to pay unthinkable effort. For that reason, most people fall by the wayside. Nevertheless, there are quite a few ambitious people still devote themselves to their ideas. For instance, Steve Jobs met with many setbacks in his pioneering road, but there was no challenge so great or so difficult that he could not overcome by his perseverance. He was adopted by a machinist and his wife, when he was eighteen-years-old, he dropped out from University, because of some financial problems. After he founded Apple, he faced much more difficulties. But Mr. Jobs got through these all, he never quit up. That's why he could become successful.

Furthermore, a real successful person is indispensable for a spirit of studious. In china, people says, a down-to-earth doer better than a slick talker. If a person has a spirit of studious, he will never forget to improve his learning ability and expand knowledge. Successful people need to learn so many things like how to administrate a company, how to improve the products and how to attract more consumers. But if someone who just knows the communication skill, he will never become a successful person. Because of that one effectual conversation depend on a speaker's vast stores of knowledge. For example, Steve Jobs was a man with few words, to communicate with him was no easy job. But once he opened his mouth, the quiet man could always surprise you. That's because of his modesty and studious, efforts to used new vision to recognized his work and life.

In conclusion, I disagree with that statement of communication skill is the most important character for those successful people. Before you learn how to communicate with others you need to have a brave heart to overcome all difficulties, in addition, you should expand your knowledge all the time.
