我看了楼主这几篇听写记录，我觉得这样的方法似乎不是最佳。以下仅为个人观点，仅供参考。
看了这些记录，我觉得楼主每句句子都存在这样那样的问题，那么每句都这么听一边写一遍在矫正一遍会耗时很多。当然一开始这么做无可厚非，也是应该的，我建议楼主继续练一段时间，同时不断地根据自己的复习时间来总结来决定，是否开始整段整段地听写，或者精听。毕竟听懂一句句子意义不大，重要的是在内容快速输入耳朵时候能够很有条理地记忆或者记录。

Thank you! It is great to see any (so many) of you interested in (this series on) survival in out of (outer) space. We all take a TV section (Please excuse the cameras, we're being videotaped for the local TV stations.). Today (Tonight), we are (I'm) going to talk about the most basis (basic) aspect of survival-- The space suit. is easy to image, is that (When most of you imagine an astronaut, that's probably the first thing that comes to mind), right? Well, our (without) space suit is not enough (, it would not be possible for us) to survive in out of space. For example, out of (outer) space is wecure (a vacuum), (there's) no gravity and (or) airs (pressure), without protection, our body is (would) explode. With that (What's more), we’re cooking in the air and sun (we'd cook in the sun or freeze in the shade). (With) temperature is over 30s degrade above to cool low in zero high (ranging from a toasty 300 degrees above to a cool 300 degrees below zero Fahrenheit.). The space suit of astronaut is markeble (that NASA has developed is truly a marvel), it follow here, is one by astronaut space suit (This photo enlargement here is a life-size image of an actual space suit worn by astronauts on the last space shuttle mission.). （昨晚听斑斑的，试了一下精听，感觉不是很好，按小鱼的方法，听完第四遍还是没什么头绪，然后看Script 一下子就明白，第五遍听就有80%~90%能听懂了，在犹豫是不是要坚持，后来想想，结合OG吧，晚上先听写，后做OG Listening）

今天一坐下来，先听了一遍昨晚的 OG Listening 。 就开始听写，结果我发现压根听写不下来，平复一下心情，第二遍开始慢慢一句一句来，感觉不一样，听完一遍再听写没有那么难，虽然还是太烂了，但是至少感觉明白了它的主旨再听写，思路都顺很多。最难过的还是每次一到最后总有一大段压根就感觉头脑一片空白！！！惨！

感觉我真的很需要花些时间多背单词！！！！
