IPA拿到了，但是关于5000新保证金怎么弄？

经过蛮长的1个月，IPA终于拿到了，不过IPA里面说要交5000新的保证金，不知道是怎么个弄法呢。
内容如下：
A duly completed Security Bond1 and a Security Deposit of S$ 5,000/= furnished by the
applicant, which will be forfeited if any of the conditions stated in the Security Bond is
breached, in any of the following form:
(i) Banker’s Guarantee from any bank in Singapore. The applicant will need to raise
with this Department a Banker’s Guarantee according to the specimen copy1. The
Banker’s Guarantee should at least cover the duration of the Student's Pass plus four
months; or 这个是说找新加坡的银行办理么？问题是怎么办呢？

(ii) Cashier’s Order to be made payable to the “Commissioner, Immigration &
Checkpoints Authority” and crossed A/c Payee only by the applicant; or这里的order是指的银行汇票还是支票？
(iii) NETS payments;
(6) If the applicant is furnishing the Security Deposit by Cashier’s Order or NETS, please produce:
(i) For refund of the Security Deposit to be made to the local bank
(a) A duly completed Direct Credit Authorisation Form1 that is endorsed by the
applicant; and
(b) A photocopy of the data page of the applicant’s bank account book.
(ii) For refund of the Security Deposit to be made to the foreign bank
(a) A duly completed Form For Submission Of Foreign Vendor Record
Creation/Update1;

不知道有哪位大大弄过这个，具体是用的哪种方式呢？

不敢保证我以下说的是对的。

你这个是私校或者Poly学生拿IPA吧。

Cashier's order是银行的本票，就是以银行身份开的一张支票。

我不知道你是不是要先交5000才能入境，应该是可以的，因为我记得有人是来了才去ICA交钱的。如果你能来，那就直接办张银行卡，然后去ICA用NETS付款就好了。

是噢，那这个5000新是不是要一直放在新家坡的ICA那，直到我不读了？？

既然是Security Deposit，应该就是一直放在那里的吧。

Security Deposit
Where applicable, a security deposit may be required from the local contact or the visa applicant upon approval of the application. ICA will advise whether the security deposit should be in the form of a Banker’s Guarantee, Cashier’s Order or NETS. Insurance guarantees are not accepted. The amount of security deposit is S$1,000.

Refund of Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded to the local contact or the visa applicant if:
the applicant has not breached any of the conditions stated in the security bond executed  by the local contact (or the visa applicant) and  his/her departure from Singapore is confirmed by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)  .
A completed Direct Credit Authorisation Form is required for refunding purpose.

虽然我没看见这个说明，不过看样子还真是这样，o(︶︿︶)o 唉，还得把白花花的银子给他们押着。。
不知道放银行里面有木有利息。

说出来让你欣慰下，新加坡利息超低，我发现的最好的 两年定期利率 是0.875，和没有似的。
