The reading and listening lecture hold a different view about problems and limitations in Britain in the 20th century. And there are three major points citing about the change after the introduction about the new rules and guidelines in 1990.
  Firstly, the new guidelines argue that any constructions will not begin until the archaeologists testify the value .If the archaeologists confirm the interests, the builders and local government officials will preserve the archaeological artifacts .And they will not be destroyed.
  Secondly, another important change is that the financial support for the archaeological research will be paid for by the construction companies not by the government .And the whole new source will give the researchers much more opportunities to study more interesting sites.
Finally, in the reading passage points out that it was difficult to have a archaeological job in UK. But by the increasing number of new job which is provided by the new guidelines, it will be easier to find a paid work for the archaeological students. They can examine the site for archaeological value or to help draw up the preservation plan or to do the research in a scientific area.
  So that is the three main points about the lecture which are against the reading passage.

People cantake care of their family members better when they live in big cities than inthe countryside.

Some people think that it is very comfortable and peaceful when theylive in the countryside and they can live away from the noisy cities. Butothers disagree, they believe that it should be much better when they settletheir family in big cities and the prosperous environments will give them a lotof enjoyment. As far as I am concerned, I agree with the second one.

Firstly, living in big cities can provide us a better education .Thechildren can go to the best school which are usually in big cities and they mayhave a high level. Just like me, when I was a little girl, I stayed in thevillage with my grandparents because of my parents having a busy work. And I don’tknow anything about the English .When I went back to the city, I found all theother students in my age they could have some basic English knowledge .So Ineeded to catch up with them. If we really care about the education of thechildren , I will absolutely recommend to live in cities.

Secondly, living in big cities can provide us a good medicalcondition. Everyone notices the importance the old need a better medicalcondition of their health. If there were some emergency, the hospital of thecity would rapidly save their life. As we know the medical condition is essentiallypoor in our countryside, and the inconvenient transportations will not be agood choice for older men. Like my grandparents ,they really have enjoyed themselvesin countryside until my grandfather had a serious heart disease and thehospital of their country could do nothing about it. So my grandparents movedto cities with us and he became better and better. For this reason if we worryabout the aged in our family , we need to live in cities.

Obviously, living in the countryside seems to be more relaxed, they don’thave some much pressure about the jobs. When I was in the village , I felt happytoo. But the challenging survival conditions are more appropriate for our youngpeople. In big cities , we can learn more things and make more friends via ourworking time .In order to accumulate our life’s experience and extendsour horizon , it will be better to stay in big cities. So I thinkthat is the reason why a lot of country guys go to the big cities to find a job.

  To sum up,In order to have a better education for ourchildren , a perfect medical condition for our old parents and a betteropportunities for ourselves , living in big cities is the first choice.
