NB approved, but have a question, HELP

Just the database show my cased is approved, haven't recieved official document from NB yet.

So what will I recieved from NB then,  the new I-20 with stamp?

How could I change the status in campus system, do I need to take all the document to the ISO to let them change my status in campus system?

My department say they could change my status only after they recieve the I-20 from ISO. What is this I-20, is the one I will reveive from NB? Then why can't I bring it directly to the department, not through ISO?
