Do you agree or disagree with this statement: people who live away from hometown will be happier and more successful than those in their hometown.（这是题目）

Several decades ago, it was traditionally believed that people can be more successful and happier living away from hometown, because people’s life at that time was not as good as today’s, and they thought they can obtain more chances of making money far away hometown. however, nowadays the pendulum has swung to the opposite side. A growing number of people, including me, are positive that it is rigid to say people must be happier and more successful away from hometown since different people have distinct situations.

Admittedly, living away from hometown is better for most young people. As we know, young people are energetic and are at the crossroad in their life. they badly want to seek opportunities to exhibit their capability and acquire great honor through their strenuous efforts. However, a large percentage of young people do not live in big cities since there are merely several big cities throughout the country. And due to the relatively less prosperous development of local economy, most young people’s hometown can not provide great chances for young people. Logically it is difficult for young people to achieve their self-value in their hometown. on the contrary, owing to the prosperous economy, big cities away from their hometown can offer a large mass of opportunities to young people so that they are more likely to gain a large amount of wealth and acquire fame, which means they will live a happier and more successful life.

But old people are more likely to lead a happier life in their hometown. having been living in their hometown for a long time, old people have gotten along with a large number of people, so that most of them have plenty of friends in their hometown. therefore they have more chances to be with their friends. When chanting with their friends, old people can easily seek a channel for their unpleasantness. Consequently they can maintain happy every day. In addition, having been lived in their hometown for a long time, old people have adapted to local climate. Hence they will feel more comfortable to live here.

Furthermore, hometown is the best choice for people who intend to seek an outlet for their pressure. As the society develops quickly, people nowadays have to confront a considerable amount of work. They have to endeavor to please their boss, to finish their work perfectly and to keep a good relationship with their colleagues. All of these above put a tremendous amount of pressure on people’s shoulders. Without releasing their pressure, the odds are good that people will break down one day. In their hometown, people can temporarily free themselves from heave work, and the scenery of their hometown can remind people of their childhood’s happy memories, which makes people feel that life is still wonderful. And if people have friends in their hometown, they can also enjoy a good time being with their intimate friends. Thus people can quickly refresh themselves in their hometown and then devote themselves into their daily life with great passion.

All in all, different places are suitable to distinct people. Logically I cherish a belief that it is not wise to distinguish which one is better because both of them are vital.
