Do you agree or disagree? Being similar to others is easier to succeed than being different from others.

When it refers to success, the eternal topic, individuals are always divergent on such a controversial issue due to varied personality type, emotion concern as well as personal experience. Many people may claims being like others rather than being distinctive would lead to an easier way to success, while I doubt that if this statement could bear much analysis as follows.

It is undeniable that being more like others provides individuals opportunities that to learn from experience from predecessors and contemporaries. Since many problems and difficulties occurred repeatedly in history and individuals are always confronting similar ones, they could come up with effective solutions soon with the help of similar solutions. In this way, success, is much easier to reach. This can be illustrated by the example of World War Two. Many people have encountered this whole world disaster, and it resulted in economic depression, culture destruction as well as panics of individuals. Due to the damage and the negative effects to life of people, peace has been absorbed into the mainstream of people in the world. Even though some politics and arms merchant are still eager to have a war in order to make money from munitions, most of people are similar to each other and argued against those who support for wars since they have learnt from the experience in history. However, despite of the merits of being similar to others, being different from others weighs more than it.

Among countless factors which influence my inclination, an apparent one is that, without distinctive ideas and minds, truth will be run aground on the harsh reality. As the proverb said, truth is always grasped by few people. If individuals are different from others, compared with those who follow for ordinary minds, they will think more comprehensively, and find if they have something missed. Under such circumstance, individuals may not be influenced by others and good habit of independent thinking is formed and this is especially essential to succeed. It can be proven by the example of Copernicus, one of the most excellent physics so far. When he published his theory about the Sun Theory, which contradicts to the widespread theory of Earth Theory that time, he was criticized as crazy and no one believed in him. Nevertheless, his difference renders him to think independently and he did not surrender to the fallacy. Finally, it proved that his theory was correct and what most of people insisted was false. So, in order to form a habit of independent thinking to reach success, we are supposed to be different from others.

And another strengths of being different from others should not be ignored by individuals is that individuals could stretch their own talents most. It is increasingly recognized that children should be educated by varied ways so that their potential can be inspired. Only if someone could stretch themselves, it would be easier for him to succeed. Being like others leads all the students to go on the same way, like going to schools, universities and then find a job in the companies. However, many individuals are more suitable to choose another way, like being a musician, or a businessman. On contrary, being different from others and hold themselves and render individuals to do what they are really suitable for and really interested in. Consider the example of Bill Gates and his Microsoft. If he acted as others like staying Harvard to complete his schoolwork and then go to a company, he may not find his niche and have such great success. Since he may not be so interested and potentiated in creating new ideas and business, he may work as ordinary people and we will have to wait for another decade to meet the convenient window system. Thus, being different from others is vital to success since it will render people to take suitable career in order to stretch themselves.

If all the factors are contemplated, though being like others can be beneficial in some cases, being distinctive emerges as a much more essential ingredient for success. Think about the benefits of being distinctive: habit of independent thinking as well as inspired potential. We may include that individuals are supposed to being different from rather than being like others.

1 第二段硬伤。世界大战的例子不好，和成功没任何关系。换个例子。

2 第三人称单数谓语动词也是三单。有三处这个情况。

3 字数。太多字了，如果半小时之类写完的OK，如果写不完，还是精炼点好。500多就OK。

哥白尼的例子用的真好。后面两段真心赞。

More and more parents pay highly attention on their children’s education, when they choose which school is better for their children to attend, not only will they consider the teacher staff, also they will take the whole environment, such as the facilities, into account. In my opinion, both facilities and teachers are important to schools, each school will find its unique balance between these two aspects.

More experienced teachers are always an essential ingredient of a good school, and appeal to so many students. We all basically think that skilled teachers understand how to guide their students and which method is better for them to accept, so at the most time we just recognize that only if there is outstanding teachers, students can get great A or remarkable grades in their study. Also we have to admit that experienced teachers will own more opportunities in doing research and investigation task, they can provided their students with the latest information, at the same time, they can give their excellent students chance for further study. So to some extent, more experienced teachers will bring good recycle to one school.

While as for the school specialized in sports or arts, it is no doubt that the facilities are more important than more teachers. Because that without these basic infrastructure, they cannot proceed with their lesson. For example, if a music college has not got the equipment of instrument, how could they continue their study and the practice of playing violin. Even in the common school, facilities, such as sports apparatus, are also crucial. We all know the old saying: all work and no play make Jack a dull boy. Nowadays we cannot imagine that our life is filled with books, library and experiment, I think that it will stifle our creativity sooner or later.

In addition, most schools are comprehensive, they combine convenient facilities and more experienced teachers together so that students can learn well at classroom, and they can also relax and get enough energy and passion after they do exercise. Thus school can fulfill students’ potential and reach the goal, which most parents expect, that make their students versatile or well-rounded.

In conclusion, it is up to the condition of the school that which one is more meaningful and important, more facilities or hiring more teachers. And sometimes schools need to integrate them together in order to cultivate more brilliant students.
