嗯，应该是要funding的才会有这个标准，so，我还是quit算了，拼不过。。。

？这个真是这样？是米国的大多数学校都会这样定么？

EE如果是PhD都有奖的话，听小秘的意思，申请起来困难很大？

PhD Applicants (UMich)

The EECS doctoral programs admit only those students for whom financial aid can be guaranteed for the anticipated duration of studies (five years for students entering with a BS, four years for students entering with an MS), assuming satisfactory progress is made. Most commonly, this financial aid is offered by the doctoral program when admission is offered, and consists of a fellowship, a research assistantship, a teaching assistantship, or a combination thereof. This aid normally includes a tuition waiver, stipend (currently $25,000 for 12 months) and health care. Students entering with an external fellowship will see their award adjusted to reflect the external support. As a condition of admission, students must report external fellowships--along with documentation of the award--to the Financial Aid Officer at the time that the admission application is submitted.

额……我估计AD的还好，主要是如果要奖的话，EE竞争相当激烈。。。我就算了……拼不过别人的硬件。。。

去找你心仪的教授吧，给他看看你的简历，要是他说叫你申，就去吧，要是教授说not qualify，那就算了吧。
