NUS 网申最后阶段各种求助

1.ME PhD,申了三个MEphd（一个ME ,与帝国理工合作的ME ,与印度理工合作的ME） 的项目，寄包裹的时候是不是要寄个包裹？即三份成绩单+summary+收据+申请表格application form+其他的supporting form？supporting document 除了成绩单还有什么？
2.还有ETS邮寄GRE TOEFL 的话是不是也得寄出去三个？我看到department 代码里有 ME 1502，ME and others1503，好茫然啊，莫非others指的就是于是他学校合作的ME Phd？晕菜了
3,另外两个项目不怎么想申（当初以为100块钱可以申三个），但网上submit之后就没法改了？秘书还没回复我呢，打电话过去能解决吗？

官网是这么说的《If you wish to be considered for more than one department/programme, you must submit a separate application. There is no limit to the number of applications you can submit. However, each application (completed online application form can be generated from the application system) must be accompanied by proof of payment or payment itself and supporting documents, and sent via surface mail to the respective Faculty/Department. The completed online application form should be printed from the Summary tab on the online portal. 》。
