Do you agree or disagree that with the following statement? It’smore important for the government to spend money to build art museums and musicperformance center than to build recreational facilities (such as swimmingpool, playgrounds). (Government &Social life) Most people think that the government should spend money tobuild art museums and music performance center than to build recreationalfacilities. There are several reasons that it could make the city morebeautiful, make the civilian have more relaxation and make money forgovernment. As far as my preserve, however, their opinion is superficial. I thinkbuild the recreational facilities is more significant. Firstly, we must take care about the museums or the musicperformance may not attract many people. Most people are not the artist.Consequently the civilians are not going to the art museums or the musicperformance every day. In the contrast, therecreational facilities could attract a lot of people because the people willmore mention their healthy condition in modern society. We all know that dosome sports could help people keep fit. It could prevent some little problemlike cold and flu from individual. Except this, it also could release the stress.Such as the swimming pool and playground could help people keep their health. Hence,the government spend the money to build recreational facilities is an influenceway to the civilian.
Secondly,building the recreational facilities costs is low. For example, build a museumshould have many factors: the designing, the art products security and the maintaincost and so on. Sum these factors we may find that it is a great cost to builda museum. However, build a recreational facilities could save much money forthe government. There is another example, such playground, we have no necessaryto spend the money on the designing and employ the people to keep it security. Itjust need a place where could offer people do some sport in it. Besides, itcould promote other organization profits. It will attract the many restaurantsaround it. People could when they end up the sport go to the restaurant have ameal. Therefore, the one recreational facilities are not only useful for thepeople’s life, but also increase the economic organization. Asabove all, I believe that the government builds the recreational facilities isa meaning way to increase the city harmony and beneficial for the civilian. So Ithink it is important that spend money to build the recreational facilities. |
