Marriage, Residence certificate ect.可以在美国公证么？[请求]

This time i plan to stay in the States longer (been there twice this year :(), will apply there. But i really dislike bothering myself with notarization before i leave home. May I ask whether i can have my marriage certificate, reisidence certificate, etc. notarized in America by turning to a bi-lingual individual?

Thanks a ton. In that case, i prefer to have it done at home if i could find time. our residence in the States is rather far from the Embassy. after i arrive in the States, i will busy myself with application and housechores. therefore, i don't think i could find time to learn to drive. but now before my departure, i'm also very busy. btw, i once heard somebody mentioned that the notary has an expire date. (only valid for 6 months). is it true? anybody did this at home?
