There used to be several serious problems faced by(固定搭配应该是be faced with, 但如果把by改成with又有主客倒换的错误? ) the archaeology research in United Kingdom as the reading has suggested: the lost of valuable artifacts, the inadequate funds, and the limited job offers. However, thanks to the new guidelines issued by the United Kingdom government in 1990, the lecturer finds all the three aspects of limitation could be solved.
First of all, the new guideline requires archaeology examination before any new construction being built in Britain. This examination hold by the builders, experts and the governments will decide whether there is any preservation necessity for the construction site. If it删 there was, then they will choose to preserve the artifacts first by building the new construction around, or to dig foundations much more properly. Thus, the worry for artifacts lose due to construction projects would become unnecessary at all. (慎用虚拟语气,还是都改成一般现在时比较安全)
What is more, a whole new fund resource is offered by the constructor besides the governments. According to the new guideline, the constructor is responsible for all the initial examination fees. If they were to begin any projects, they would have to pay for the examination. This requirement greatly widen the range of archaeology discovery than ever before. As long as there is a desire for new constructions, there is a archaeology research first. (要严肃注意this这些代词的指代是否清晰了)
Finally, the new guideline also creates a plenty of job opportunities for people interested in archaeology. Since every stage of the initial examination needs archaeology professionals, the demand of archaeology experts has be increased to a higher point than ever before. From examination projectors, to the preservation planners, from the archaeological data collectors to the whole project managers, all kinds of archaeology job offers would welcome every related talents to join in this rising industry.

Tourism seems to be the hottest(慎用最高级。。。) rising industry than any other due to the increasing demand for a higher life quality. And then comes the professionalization of all kinds of tourism companies, helping people to manage those trivial problems during the trip, enhancing the efficiency of traveling. (关于这个是不是倒装的问题及其语法合理性..靠语感写作文人已经放弃理解的可能性了)Thanks to these professional tour guides, we save a lot of time spotting the best view, but we may also lost the fun of discovery and exploration from many aspects. As far as I am concerned, the traveling in a group led by a tour guide is definitely not a best choice.
First and foremost, the traveling would become a rush rather than a joy with a tour guide beside. Since you are traveling in a large group, it is the tour guide's responsibility to manage all of the team members. They have to prevent problems such as team members lost or children's safety emergency from poping up. Hence, they have to pay more attention to the management rather than fully concentrated on introducing the the history of the tourism sites. Also, collective travling is always of low efficiency sincewith everyone wanting to take pictures or buy some suvoniers. However, every tour guide has regulated routes to complete every day. They have no choice but to push the traveling group to hurry up rather than let them enjoy themselves on every site in some circumstance. After all, finishing their guiding job is much more important than the experience/feelings of other travelers. Then maybe we need a little reflection on ourselves: what we really pursue when start a trip? It is all about the enjoy of freedom, an escape of daily pressure. Therefore/If so, why do we need a tour guide that counteraffect our willing?
What is more, the over/excessive commercialization of tour guide often brings bad traveling experience. They might be bribed by some local merchants so that they would lead you to some place that you would never take as a priority. Sometimes, they might lead the tourists to a less beautiful sites because the tourism companies might in order to obtain extra profit from the specific places. Sometimes, the situation gets even worse. The tour guide might lead the tourists to certain local souvenir shop, which claimed to be the most decent shop in the vinicity and sells the best local products. But the truth is/actually, the shop and the tour guide agreed to share their profits gained/derived from these innocent tourists' pockets. Thus, the traveling could be entirely ruined by unpleasant shopping experience or the time wasted on unattractive sites.
Admittedly, the tourism chain does helps us in planning the trip even having more convenient trip. But these shortcomings due to the greedy minds of the merchants, alert us tourists not to make such an unwise choice any more.
In a word, my ideal trip is a free wandering around my dreaming sites with easy time schedule, and of course, with a limited number of friends. No rush, no push. Only being guided by the mood, not a fixed touring routine.
