Do you agree or disagree with the statement?
Talented people’s leadership is inborn and can't be learned by people. (Ability)
Nowadays, many people believe that talented people's leadership is inborn and can't be learned by common people. The leader usually has a strict character and can hold the whole atmosphere. I disagree with the statement.
Admittedly, a great amount of people's leadership is from childhood. Take my dad, a captain of China, for example, he has formed a silent and diligence character which could date back to his early age. I concede that have a positive leadership in the front of your subordinate is significant which can let them spare no effect to handle the work. However, the point that all leaders' leadership is inborn and can’t be learned by others is overstatement.
Firstly, you can study if you want to obtain a certain goal. For instance, Obama, the president of the United State of America, did a lot of work on speech to perfect his behavior. His leadership mainly depends on hard working and intelligent thinking.
Secondly, the leadership can be imitated by citizens followed by a lot of practices. I have this strong feeling in my twenties. Before collage, I didn't have a word in front of classroom and I even can't speak frequently with my classmates. I forced myself to show my talent, singing, in university and joined the Student's Union of Normal College, in order to build my leadership. Some friends told me I can't be a leader because lacking of the leadership skill. I took these sentences into the world and start to cultivate my speech skills and communicating abilities with others. Due to my industrial study, I finally became the master of the Student's Union, what's more, for me, the leadership was formed. Now I take things more rational than before.
In conclusion, it is necessary that t people's leadership is not inborn and can be learned by common people. From this perspective, we can study and learn positive abilities from the leaders to improve ourselves.
