1.西南部那个餐厅用人造黄油代替天然黄油后的投诉并不能得出98%的人乐意接受变化这一结论。可能原因有很多，比如说那个西南部餐厅使用黄油的菜品还有购买含黄油菜品的人并不是很多，那么投诉少并不能说明什么；甚至，可能100个顾客里只有2个人品尝了人造黄油的餐点然后抱怨了，那么顾客接受人造黄油的情况其实还挺不乐观的。
2.”很多服务员报告“，这个报告并不能推想出顾客的感想。首先你可以质疑这些服务生反馈的结果的真实性和代表性。many, a number of都是很含糊的词；还有一般黄油都是用来调味什么的，可能人造黄油并没有影响到菜品的口感和用餐质量，所以顾客不抱怨，但是不代表他们分辨不出来。其实我们不知道顾客接受人造黄油的程度，直接的办法应该是做个顾客的调查，还有分析使用人造黄油前后西南部餐馆的营业额和就餐数。

前面两点我也想到了，我也感觉没有什么东西可以写。后面你写的“其实我们不知道顾客接受人造黄油的程度，直接的办法应该是做个顾客的调查，还有分析使用人造黄油前后西南部餐馆的营业额和就餐数。”可以另起一段来写吗？如果写的话，其主旨是什么？是依然削弱了原观点，还是说作为一种让步？

你第一点和第二点都已经说了 little complain doesn't necessary mean they like margarine. Without ruling other alternations this is a flawed reasoning. 你举几个其他列子就可以了，比如 margarine是否 flavor跟 butter相近，比如 margarine是否颜色相近，或者customer是否觉得margarine像某种味道。

另外一点可以攻击的是第一句话

Recently, butter has been replaced by margarine in Happy Pancake House restaurants throughout the southwestern United States. This change, however, has had little impact on our customers.

Another reason accounts for the fewer complaints triggered by customers is that before implementing this shift, Happy Pancake House havs advertised on major TV stations to promote margarine. 然后谈谈publicity对cusotomers的影响就可以了
