certified true copy*是 什么意思呢？

大家好，我正在申请HKU的MPH（公共卫生硕士）课程，但对方邀请我向他们提供真实的文件原件，比如学位证原件，成绩单原件等。
但是，学位证，毕业证，只有一份。如果邮寄给了他们，过程中发生遗失，这会给我造成很大的麻烦。对此，我询问了香港大学，他们的回答如下。

我不明白，在大陆，这个Certified true copy 怎样去证明呢？我人在成都，大学不是在成都念的。

学校档案馆一般可以开这种证明包括成绩单毕业证学位证中英文版··然后学校会给你盖章 这样的就算certified了
雅思托福的话可以申请官方寄送额外的成绩单
