也拿到了，只免学费，也在奖学金的waitlist上，对方还诚实地说拿奖的概率很小。同问各位，conditionally accept offer 是说之后如果没有奖，还可以拒掉吗？

这个木有提到，只是说我拿到第一年funding的几率很小，但第二年会有比较多的机会。“Perhaps it is good to know that CentER typically has more funding available for the second year than for the first. Therefore CentER reviews each student's performance at the end of the first year and tries to get funding to those students who did well, but did not have funding yet. ”
