好吧自爆黑历史（不知道符不符合要求）

I have had asthma since the age of 10 and have been cured in the age of 16-17. I took many antibiotics and until now my health is weak because my body cannot withstand the dose of taken antibiotics. I had house dust mite allergy. The desensitization lasted 3 years since the age of 11.
I have grown up in a remarried family(father and stepmother), lacking of love and sense of security. I am not being good at socializing.
I have long-distance relationship with my boyfriend since May 2009. He said he will break up with me if I cannot get into an university that is close (by car within 3 hours) to Toronto.

不需要填这些信息的，尤其是最后一项！我去年写PS的时候里面也提到关于男朋友的情况，大意是男朋友已经在某城市工作，XX学校本来就是我的dream school，而且正好在男朋友在的城市，是一举两得的好事情。但是当时帮我修改PS的加国土生土长的外教老师强烈建议我不要写这一条。他告诉我这些原因不但对申请无益，有可能还有害。you are pushing them.国外老师审材料主要是看学生的学习能力相关的东西，有的是连年龄性别这些信息都不会让老师知道的。
