学校给家属的F2签证发的邀请信

之前不知道怎么弄，最近搞定了，我把信的内容写一下，供类似情况的朋友参考。

Date: April 9, 2013

Dear Official,

I am the chair of the graduate admission comittee in the Department of XXX at the University of XXX. The purpose of this letter is to certify that Mr. XXX has been offered and has accepted the employment in our department, starting in August 2013. He will be able to come here only if his wife Ms. XXX can obtain a suitable visa. We therefore request that you consider the circumstance when deciding on her application, and that you give her help and assistance. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any additional information.
