你的这两句话不一样，第一句有一个in，就没宾语了，那来得形容词做宾补。：-）
如果形容词后置做定语的话，只能修饰不定代词。

我的原意本来想说“形容词可以后置作为状语或者是作为非限制型定语从句（相当于）来修饰宾语”，因为我对这种结构有印象，刚才特意翻了语法书：），例句如下：
1、She emerged from the conflict victorious.在这里形容词用作状语。
2、I found Jim,unconscious,a few hours later.
不过用make it possible举例是不当的：）
