I moved from Amoy Garden to Wah Ming Centre this April, as you can checked the record of my bbs and you will find it is true. Mainly because Amoy Garden is so far away from my company and Wah Ming Center is closer with only 15 minutes by walking. Another reason is my previous landlord increase rent, thus, comparing with the traffic fee and rent I thought Wah Ming Center will be cheaper and more convenient.
At that time, I had some personal reasons that I was tough to find the new apartment, plus that I was busy with my work, easter's vocation and my examination. Due to this reason, I did not have much time to do the selection and was picky about the time for moving in. I only had two requirements -- sign the contract with the landlord and do not consider the suite. Because I am very low paid, I was too careless and find the apartment through JITUO BBS rather than through the agents. The link is as follows:

So pls be careful with the one who post ads, she still has apartments for renting, I think you understand what I mean.

Why? She violate my privacy and sent threathen message and phone calls to me. She always comes to our apartment without notification, she has the keys and she come to worship Buddha. I am also a Christian, and respect everyone who has religion. Actually if she told me in advance and come I would totally OK with it. But she just forced entrance and if we locked the door inside she would knocked the door angrily and furious. Except doing worship, she also checked apartment and made unreasonable remands.:vomit:

We tried to negotiated with her but no use, then we asked some elder people in my church and tried to talk with her and still in void. What's worse she still insists she is right, and said,"Hong Kong's legislation is to help Hong Kong people, your mainland people will have no benefit from calling the police." :@Actually, she is the one who might break the law not us:

1. Her contract had no stamp duty symble, she might evade tax.

2.Her apartment was loan on from HSBC, according to the provision of the bank, her apartment cannot be use for renting unless she report to the bank, and in this way her loan interest will increase. Without reporting, she might violate the provision and loss the credit from the bank.

3.  Her apartment was one living room with two bedrooms, but she use the wood to isolate the living room and made the construction to one living room with three bedrooms. This might become peccant building.

WTF, this lady is so bitch and we just want to do what she want. We had consulted the police already and will call 999 next time when she is still die-hard.:mad


We just want to share with you so that you will not do the stupid thing as I did.:dizzy:
