95. "People work more productively in teams than individually. Teamwork requires cooperation, which motivates people much more than individual competition does."
Recently, there is a general discussion about the issue of how to work more productively. Some people argue that individual competition will certainly function best. While other people believe this is a world full of cooperation, and it is much difficult for a(an) individual or a group of individuals without the spirit of teamwork get on in this society. As far as I am concerned, I agree with the later, which is substantially supported by the following discussions.
First of all, working in team would definitely make best use of individual's merit and eliminate weakness. As we know, everyone develops some particular skill or potency due to different experience and interest, meanwhile it is impossible for anyone to deeply master too much subjects. Hence, generally speaking, one bears both merit and weakness, however, For instance, I would like to compose a presentation on the issue of cell apoptosis in competition, in order to make it vivifying and more easily understood, I turn for help to my several classmates. Jane is good at music, and Andy have a gift in painting, and Neo's skill of using Photoshop and PowerPoint is perfect. After a period of hard working together, a work of presentation is eventually created, which is full of beautiful pictures and sound background music and exhibit high-level of compute skill, at last we win the first place in the competition. This illustration of our own can, to a large degree, demonstrate that only work in team can we exert respective capabilities and create a satisfactory work.喜欢你的这个例子:),写的不错!不过句子里有些小小的错误,没什么大问题.八卦一下,是不是学医的?还是生物?呵呵,同行啊
In addition, people can only exert their own function in task which requires a group of worker to work together. With the social distribution of task become increasingly tiny and specific, the era of work individually has almost gone away. A good case in point is the surgical operation, like liver transplantation. In such a complex operation, it is impossible for a surgeon to finish himself, no matter how eminent and predominant he is. A anesthesiologist is requested to make sure the patient is unconscious and painless during the whole process. The main operator performs the detailed procedure with the help of his assistants, usually two or three. Besides, the nurse help pass scalpel and scissors and gauze when necessary. Under this circumstance, everybody is important and necessary, and lacking anyone would lead to the failure of the operation at last as a result of break of a certain step.虽然你写的意思跟上面不同,但是看起来是重复的,最好换另一个观点.而且,用的例子都是医科的,跟我一个毛病,呵呵
There are still several other aspects relevant to the issue under discussion which, unfortunately, I have no time to explore in detail here. But above discussed reasons should in a large sense justify my conclusion that people should work more in teams rather than individually so as to exert the wisdom and power of a group of individuals. As the sayings goes "One people can exert one power, while ten together would bring more than ten."
有点短,论点不够,有种"反过来说的"写法,可以弥补论点的不足 |
