家里一直鼓励我博士毕业后去加拿大工作生活，但不知道有没有人走过这条路，难度怎么样？

为什么不直接去加拿大念书呢。。而且加国貌似提供给PHD岗位不多吧（除非博后那种。。）

Yes, it is possible to go to Canada to work with Singapore PhD Degree provided that:
1. Your research direction matches with the company/institution.
2. Your background is more competitive than other PhD from US/Canada/Europe who also wanna work in Canada.

I did hear some PhD from NTU went to Europe or US for postdoc, it really depends on each person's profile.

Thank you for your advice. But I do never want to have a postdoc after graduation. So as you said, it is really important for being competitive if I want to work in a company. Have you heard about some Chinese PhDs graduated from Singapore step into the industrial field in Canada?
