Multiple Ph.D. Students Positions in Robotics

The Intelligent Autonomous Systems Lab (http://ualr.edu/cxye/laboratory.htm) of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock has multiple Ph.D. student openings. The successful candidates will develop 3D computer vision methods for small-sized robots or robotic devices. The methods include 6-DOF SLAM of robot and scene/object recognition in the context of autonomous navigation. They will work in a team consisting of faculty, postdoctoral fellow, and Ph.D. students. The lab currently hosts research funded by the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health and NASA.
