昨天效率好低，感冒了好恼火，没有借口，坚持打卡；
915：读范文，tpo15 阅读，口语提纲（补充完毕后再写两篇西方）；作文提纲+一篇作文；TPO30听力。加油！一定要完成任务！！

It’s important for the government to build art museum and music performance center than to build recreational devices(pool, playground)

政府职能包括文化职能：包括文化遗产保护和宣传； 社会民生职能：在维持社会稳定的基础上，保障民生福利，鼓励健康的生活方式。所以要说哪个重要，这个很难讲。
1.文化，反映一个时代特点，反映一个国家的形象，需要传承，政府有义务去支持。况且很多艺术家的作品正被大众所忽略，政府应该建立些免费博物馆等供人们参观学习。音乐可以让人产生感情的共鸣，可以释放压力。
2 如今很多人都处于sub-healthy，尤其年轻人工作压力大，没有时间运动， 大力宣传和鼓励民众运动，只有有了强健的身体才能提高工作学习效率，才能提高社会生产力，促进经济增长。

I would like to say that building some recreational devices, in which I could stretch arms and legs, is of more importance for government to consider on; however, I truly believe that is not. In fact, since both of these two actions, which represent two distinctive functions of government, are beneficial to people’s life, it’s hard to say which one should be more recommended or which one is of minor significance.

In the first place, there is no doubt that it is government’s function to protect and broadcast traditional or classic culture to society, in which way culture could be inherited to next generations. Since culture,which refers to whether art or music fields, can stand for some particular characteristics of the era, or even a nation’s image, government is required to accomplish its mission of supporting culture construction. For example, building some art museums, in which paintings or calligraphy works of famous grandmasters can be exposed to public; or providing some music performance center for people to enjoy various kinds of music and find relaxation out of heavy workloads. By doing such things, no matter the degree to which this influence on people is great or not, people can sense that governors are attempting to spreading our cultures and protecting from disappearance.

Besides, government should do more than just cultural spreading - it should pay attention on livelihood issues as well, like improving people’s welfare, ensuring people’s right to speak, and enhancing physical conditions. Nowadays, an increasing number of people are under sub-health situations. A recent survey in Shanghai shows that more than 70% of the white collar workers are in a state of poor health. Statistical data never lies and it indicates that health problem seems to be horrible to us. Perhaps it is the world we live in , where stress is rampant and fears seems universal, that causes this problem. Therefore, government should be obliged to address this puzzle. Building some recreational devises, for example, swimming pool, fitness equipments,  playground, or some particular courses for cycling lovers, is very necessary. People have potential to turn off their televisions and walk out the rooms to do some outdoors exercise. Only by intensifying exercise can people work or study efficiently and therefor enhance social productivity.

In summary, both of these two actions belong to government functions, so it’s hard to judge which one should be more important.

不是啊，一个小时吧，写个长句会纠结很久因为，你 有没有什么意见呢？谢谢啦

我觉得与其写出彩的句子，不如先看看30分钟之内写出的东西，如果30分钟之内的文章无太多语法错误，结构也比较清楚可能更符合考试的场景。
