由于报名了12月22的G，所以现在的组长每天都生活在水生火热之中。今天开始准备作文，刚刚动手写了第一篇argument，想粘上来大家帮忙拍拍转，提点意见，帮助进步。所以专门开了这个作文互改贴。下面说一下本帖的规矩~

1、本帖只供本小组组员贴作文，除了贴文外，组员们还可以互相点评，帮忙修改作文，但是禁止在此处打卡或者闲聊。
2、希望大家多多参与，多多点评，互相进步。其实如果刚好大家都写过的题目，看一下别人写的，点评一下，其实不会花费很多时间。还可以多借鉴别人的长处，吸取别人的不足教训，避免自己犯下同类错误。这也是我们聚集在一个小组内的初衷之一，不是吗？

2013.11.3——第1篇argument，求组员帮忙拍砖，帮忙进步！
argument题库第2篇outline：
(1) Different times, different situations. Situation now shouldn’t be exactly as same as the situation 7 years ago. What is the new situations nowadays?
(2) Different town, different environment. We need to think another way that truly admit our situations to raise our property values in Deerhaven Acres.
(3) Change the landscape of the community’s yard and repaint the house may be not the direct reason of the rise of  the average property values in Brookville. If we want to learn some experiences, the first step is to figure out the truth.
(4) What is the truely reason that the raise of the average property values in Deerhaven Acres? If the change of the landscape and chromic house exteriors did help catch people’s eyes, then what kind of change we should make?

The motivation that community send this letter to homeowners with a good willing, that is ,to raise the local property values and promote the local economy development, is good. However, we can not deny that the community didn’t thoroughly make sense the whole “reform and innovation” thing.
It is clear that the way people in Brookville to raise their property values is an old news. Seven years have past, situation now shouldn’t be exactly as same as the situation 7 years ago, either in Brookville or Deerhaven Acres. We should consider the new trend and penchant of people. Of course Brookville and Deerhaven Acres are two different towns, their conditions, endemic culture and feelings couldn’t be exactly the same. So we need to think another way that truly consists with our facts to raise our property values in Deerhaven Acres, not just simply copy one. On the other hand, how could the community ascribe the raise of property values in Brookville to the change of the landscape of the community’s yard and the repaint of the house? Dose they have any convincable proof? If we want to learn some experiences, the first step is to figure out the truth. Even though if there is any chance that the change of the landscape and polychrome house exteriors did help catch people’s eyes, we still have another question needed to answer, that is, what kind of change should we make? Maybe we can develop a special “Deerhaven Acres” style, according to our special endemic culture and conditions, to make our town a comfortable, charming place that every tired people who want a peaceful life and get close to county life eager to go. This kind of reform has considered the prevailing “back to small town” trend among the people suffer fast life speed in big cities and our considerable advantages, like quite and natural .With the knowing of our special and attractive style, the property values of our town will definitely boom up.
Anyway, the motivation of the community is good, the plan they made need more consideration, however.
