普签一签被拒，求教二签该如何准备！

普签，Phd全奖，准备了25W资金证明和16W的保险理财证明，及一套房产证和房屋买卖合同原件。
拒签理由如下：
travel history
purpose of visit
personal assets and financial status

请问准备二签的时候雇佣证明是否需要重开，资金证明准备到40W可不可以？study plan是重写还是在原来基础上修改一下？

下面是一签的study plan，基本自己写的，请各位看看有什么大问题吗？


My name is , male, 30 years old. Before I applied for the Ph.D in the University of Calgary, I was working as petroleum engineer in a private enterprise. when I took up my master's degree I started working in the Tarim basin for 4 years. My responsibilities were to do research and analyze petroleum and gas's characteristics in the Tarim field for more than two years. Prior to that, when I was taking my postgraduate degree, I did a research in the tarim basin for 2 years. Within those 4 years in tarim field, I finished 3 projects about the basin's reservoir model which is involved in different sedimentary environment and tectonic characteristics. And with further research, I've realized my shortcomings that my knowledge does not satisfy the need in my profession. I need to have a further knowledge about creating reservoir model and continue on learning systematic knowledge. So I resolved to go to the university of calgary and get a doctor's degree. I trust that this university can help me master the advanced knowledge of the system on creating reservoir model. And I believe that the skilled professors and the appropriate environment on petroleum study can be found in Canada. This the reason I have applied for Ph.D of chemical and petroleum engineering in the University of Calgary.

My study plan in the U of C from May 2014 to Dec. 2018 for the Ph.D of chemical and petroleum engineering are as follows: from May 2014 to Dec. 2015, I will complete, with satisfactory grades, all my specialized and academic courses, which will be a basis to move forward. To fulfill this, I must read many specialized literature, researches and articles. At the same time, develop knowledge in some petroleum software such as Landmark, Geolog, Petrel and the software owned by the laboratory. During this period, I will take part in the laboratory and be involved in research projects to acquire experience for future learning. from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2019, During this time, my primary mission is to choose the project that will be suitable for my research orientation and paper writing. I will concentrate on researching carbonatite's oil and gas distributing properties and try to find a way to establish the carbonatite reservoir model similar to sandstone's. I hope I can write 2 or 3 papers which are innovative and are at high-levels, included in EI through researching carbonatite reservoir. In addition to this, I will join the other team which research the WCSB(The Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin) reservoir’s oilfield development. I will compare my established model and the actual production of WCSB. I trust the WCSB’s production data can correct my model parameter and make it closer to the real model.

n our country, carbonatite reservoir’s exploration and development are in their beginning stage. We found some huge carbonatite oilfields in Sichuan basin and Tarim basin. China needs talents like me who master the world's cutting-edge knowledge and technology which are petroleum exploration and development field. My PhD supervisor, Prof. Chen, is one of the world's leading expert on resservoir exploitation. Through this, rest assured that I will be a successful person who has sufficient knowledge and broader vision anywhere. Therefore I will go back to China when I finish doctor's degree. I will become an expert on carbonatite resservoir exploitation in our country and assemble my research team. The reason for this is as a chinese I am familiar with the Chinese culture. Also, my family and friends live in China; I cannot live alone in another country without them. as we know, man is a social animal. Finally, I hope I can pass the visa and study in Canada the earliest possible.

我记得你貌似考过雅思？为啥不走SDS？
